Returns
Retail Return Policy:
According to Article 25 «Law on Consumer Protection», the client is entitled to exchange or return the product if it has not been used.
Return period: 14 days, excluding the day of purchase, in any way convenient for you.
Return conditions:
- Availability of a purchase cheque
- The presence of all relevant factory labels and labels on the product
- Maintaining proper presentation and consumer properties
- A completed application (Return application form).
The return of goods purchased in the showroom is carried out only at the address of purchase.

Refunds:
Refunds are made in the following order:
- If you paid for the order in cash, we can refund the amount in cash at the showroom cash desk or transfer it to your bank card at your request.
- If you paid for the order by bank transfer, the money will be returned to the bank card from which the payment was made.
- If the payment was mixed, we will refund it accordingly.
Return of goods purchased online
According to Article 26.1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of February 7, 1992 № 2300-I "Protection of Consumer Rights"
The goods purchased by remote means are returned at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 7 (seven) days, in any convenient way for the buyer, including with the help of our courier service.
IIf the online store has not delivered to the buyer information on the procedure and terms for returning the goods, then the period during which the buyer has the right to return the goods increases to three months.

Refunds are made according to the details specified in the return request form. Money will be returned to the account within 10 working days after the receipt and verification of all goods.
