Due to restrictive measures introduced in the territory of the Russian Federation and in other countries, as well as the high workload of transport companies, your orders delivery time can be possibly increased.
With an order of 20 000 RUB and more, delivery across Russia is free.
– Before shipment, the goods are tested for proper quality and market condition conformity as well as are carefully packed.
– Paid orders are processed and completed within 3 working days upon payment.
– Goods delivery time to the recipient's city corresponds to the transport company standards. Be aware: delivery terms are specified after assembly and dispatch.
– Order delivery time may be extended by the courier service for reasons beyond our control.
Delivery to St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region
– Delivery is carried out within 1 - 3 days after 100% payment of the order;
– Orders are delivered during business hours: on weekdays from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm;
– Delivery by courier cost is from 350 rubles within the ring road in St. Petersburg, from 600 rubles beyond the ring road to 20 km;
– Maximum waiting time for a courier upon arrival is 10 minutes;
– If you refuse to receive the order, delivery cost is not refundable.
Delivery to Moscow and Moscow region
– Delivery is carried out within 1 - 3 days after 100% payment of the order;
– Orders are delivered during business hours: on weekdays from 10.00 am to 10.00 pm;
– Delivery cost from 600 rubles within the Moscow Ring Road in Moscow, from 800 rubles outside the Moscow Ring Road;
– Maximum waiting time for a courier upon arrival is 10 minutes;
– If you refuse to receive the order, delivery cost is not refundable.
Delivery by brand courier (with the possibility of a stylist arriving) in Moscow
Registration of delivery by brand courier via WhatsApp at +7 (926) 302 25-28 or +7 (921) 570 21-13.
Delivery in Moscow within the Moscow Ring Road - 500 rubles, outside the Moscow Ring Road (up to 10 km) - 690 rubles. In the case of a purchase in the amount of 20,000 rubles - free delivery.

Delivery across Russia
– Delivery is carried out after 100% payment of the order;
– Delivery time and cost depend on the region. Delivery cost calculation is performed during order execution, depending on location and preferences;
– Delivery is made by transport companies CDEK, Express, Russian Post (EMS) and DHL. Terms are from 2 to 30 days;
– Payment for delivery is carried out by the buyer;
– When placing your order on Saturday, Sunday and holidays - dispatch is carried out on the next working day.
International Delivery (Including CIS Countries)
– International delivery is carried out by express courier service DHL and Russian Post (EMS) after 100% payment for the order.
– Delivery time and costs depend on the region. Delivery cost calculation is performed during order execution, depending on location and preferences *;
– Delivery terms around the world can be up to 5 - 45 working days;
– Collection of cargo is carried out only on weekdays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.
– Be aware that in some non CIS countries there is no courier delivery service. A notification will be sent to your address informing you on shipment arrival in your name. In this case, the shipment must be picked up independently at the nearest post office in your city.

*Shipping cost is calculated without taking into account the amount of taxes and duties of the country of your stay. This means that your shipping costs may increase depending on local taxation system and purchases customs clearance rules. Please ask for up-to-date information on monthly limits, duties and customs clearance rules for parcels independently before placing your order.

Delivery with Fitting Service in Russia
– The cost of the service is from 1100 rubles. The exact cost is calculated by the manager when placing an order;
– When delivering products for fitting, the courier's waiting time is no more than 15 minutes;
– Payment is made to the courier upon receipt of the order by card or cash;
– There is a possibility of partial purchase;
– In case of refusal of the goods or exchange, after receipt and payment, the goods delivery cost for return or exchange is paid by the client.
Track your order
After your order has been processed and handed over to the courier service, you will receive a notification with track number for tracking the shipment.
If you have not received your order within 30 days after receiving the track number, please contact us.
